General Terms and Conditions
Contract partner
The contract is concluded between a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the customer, you or your) and dn webservices GmbH, with its registered office in Bonstetten, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as dn, Dn, we, our, website/websites, service/services).
Service and services refer to all our services and information on cardanoworld.io, cardano-staking.com, cardano-staking.ch and the stake pool CASCH.
By accessing the websites cardanoworld.io, cardano-staking.com, cardano-staking.ch, by pressing a button “I accept the terms and the privacy policy” or staking to stake pool CASCH, you accept these general terms and conditions and the privacy policy. In order to access our websites or use our services, you must be 18 years or older. Do not continue to use our our websites and services on cardanoworld.io, cardano-staking.com, cardano-staking.ch or the stake pool CASCH if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions and the privacy policy stated on this page or if you are not at least 18 years old. If you are accepting these general terms and conditions and the privacy policy on behalf of another legal entity, including a business or a government, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these terms.
Features of the Staking Pool
The staking pool has – as of today – the following characteristics:
- Ticker: CASCH

- Variable fee: 2.50%.
- Fixed fee: 340 ADA (Cardano)
- Pledge: Minimum 50’000 ADA (Cardano)
Dn would like to maintain a sustainable customer relationship. The fees and the pledge should only be adjusted if dn deems it absolutely necessary. Nevertheless, dn reserves the right to adjust the features of the stake pool at any time without any prior notice.
A specific service: Generating PDF-Reports
After you stake to the stake pool CASCH the full report will be downloadable without watermark. When you choose to generate a PDF-Report without a watermark you agree to stake to the stake pool CASCH at least 5 epochs. Dn reserves the right to adjust the parameter to download the report and of the report itself at any time without any prior notice. The price feeds are delivered by coingecko (https://coingecko.com).
Community Thought
Dn will try within the bounds of its possibilities to further develop the Cardano ecosystem. However, this does not create any obligation for dn.

The limitations of this section will apply to any law-theory of liability, including those based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and even if dn has been advised of the possibility of any such damage, and even if any remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
Furthermore, any liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent the foregoing exclusion of liability is not permitted under applicable law, dn’s liability in such case will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Webpage. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Webpage. All provisions of the general terms and conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
User Submissions
You grant dn a royalty-free, unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, perform and display your Submissions, in whole or part, including any information, comments, ideas, suggestions, graphics, photographs, video or audio contained in such Submissions, and to incorporate your Submissions in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter devised; and you waive all rights including any "moral rights" and any analogous rights however denominated now or hereafter recognized in such Submissions. You acknowledge that dn will share your Submissions with Clients. Consistent with these Terms and any agreement between dn and its Clients, dn and its Clients will have an unrestricted right to access, use and exploit in any way, such Submissions, now and in the future, without notice, compensation, recognition, or any other obligation to you. You understand that once you post your Submissions they become public, and dn and its Clients are not responsible for keeping any Submission confidential. If you submit any feedback or suggestions to dn regarding the Services, dn may use and share them for any purpose without any compensation or obligation to you.
You represent and warrant that the Submissions represent your own original work, you have all necessary rights to disclose the Submissions to the Services, and that review and/or use of the Submissions by dn and its Clients or other users of the Services will not infringe upon the rights of any individual or entity. You represent and warrant that the Submissions, including any personally identifiable information, are submitted voluntarily and subject to the Privacy Policy.
Restriction on use
Except as otherwise permitted by dn the services and any content and materials contained therein may not be copied, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited; modified, disassembled, or reversed engineered; or accessed to build a similar or competitive website, product, or service.
Amendment of the regulations / severability clause
dn reserves the right to adapt the general terms and conditions at any time.
Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the rest of the contract remains unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision, the effects of which come closest to the economic objective that the parties to the contract had pursued with the invalid or unenforceable provision. The above provisions shall apply accordingly in the event that the contract proves to be incomplete
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All legal relations of the customer with dn are subject to Swiss substantive law. Place of performance and place of debt collection is the registered office of dn. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all types of proceedings for domestic and foreign customers is the registered office of dn. dn is also entitled to take legal action against the customer at his registered office/residence. Mandatory statutory jurisdictions remain reserved.
